New Draft Eviction Notice Regulations for California RCFE

Community Care Licensing Division of California's Department of Social Services has issued a notice that they are changing the Title 22 regulations pertaining to eviction of RCFE residents.

As required by law, they are required to accept public testimony, either in person or in writing, about these proposed regulations prior to implementing them.
